this really works. i used some cheap echinacea and it really did a geat job of clearing my cold. imgaine what would happen if i would have used some potent echinacea.

is there a difference between the Ech. Tea i buy at my local grocer VS a dropper of Ech?

To extract Echinacea involves either pharmeceutical methods or home made remedies.

Basically the roots are thoroughly cleaned , dried and then chopped up before being used in a soup , as a tea or even a tincture.

You can even chew on the roots or the seeds. As for the seeds – you clean , dried and then mashed it up before making a tincture.

    Hope that helps.
As for me , i would roughly pound the seeds and roots to make a warm herbal infusion tea.

I am growing echinacea in my garden this year. I am trying to grow as many medicinal herbs as possible so I can have them to make things. The only thing is I don’t really know how to make things wit them. How do I extract the parts of the flower to make things with? Are there recipes online or something?
