There are many acne treatment products that you can try but none of them will be as effective as a natural home remedy for acne. I suffered from acne for 5 years and hated every minute of it. I finally cured my acne with some natural home remedies for acne after I got sick of having acne and started doing research on my own. I found out that you won’t cure your acne with just skincare products even though a lot of people think that buy buying the right acne product their skin will clear up and acne will disappear. One remedy for curing acne that I used and recommend you use to is to use braggs apple cider vinegar on your skin. Braggs apple cider vinegar is very cleansing and is something that will cleanse and clean your pores naturally and help regenerate new skin cells and new skin cell growth and regeneration quicker. This also helps aid in the healing of acne that is currently there.
Another remedy for acne that you can use is to simple buy some manuka oil. I got some manuka oil from an all natural and organic skincare company that contains all natural ingredients including manuka oil, tea tree oil, jojoba oil, horsetail extract, lavender and even more. This manuka oil is great for clearing up skin, healing it and keeping the pores healthy so that new acne doesn’t and cannot grow. You can also just buy tea tree oil straight as well but I recommend manuka oil over tea tree oil because the manuka oil that I have contains tea tree oil so you get the benefit of the multiple ingredients in the oil.
I also recommend that you begin to change what you eat and drink if you are serious about getting rid of acne. You need to be drinking at least 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day. This is important because if you aren’t getting this much water you are dehydrated and that means that your skin is also dehydrated. When your skin is dehydrated it make’s it harder to cleanse toxins and also to carry nutrients to your skin cells so they can heal and create new skin cells that keep your skin healthy and clear. So make sure that you start drinking more purified or spring water right away if you aren’t already. Also make sure that you eat a good amount of raw organic fruits and vegetables in your diet because these support healthy skin with their nutrition.
