@nintendex07 You can blend leafy greens like spinach or parsley with fruits (my favorite recipe is spinach, strawberries, pineapple, and frozen bananas). Just add some water or coconut water and you have such an amazing drink.

I hate my taste buds, I want to enjoy eating vegetables and eat healthy. I’m over-weight at an age that I’m not supposed to be, how can I make vegetables taste good? <:(

@666789443 It depends. Peaches keep at room temperature several days. Apples store well in the frig. Oranges keep a week or so at room temp or the frig. Lemons are best stored in the frig – rinse them off, put in a plastic baggy and they’ll keep a couple weeks. You can freeze grapes – off the stem, wash well, dry and pour onto a cookie sheet in a single layer, then put them in containers. They’ll pour out easily as you need them. Good luck with your healthy eating! Rita from AboutEating.

This video is truly amazing. I’ve lived off bread, water and canned goods pretty much all my life and I’ve always wanted to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my diet (especially since cancer runs in my family and I used to smoke like a chimney, lol) but I never knew how. I have a question though, how long do fresh fruits last before they expire? I think this weekend I’m going to go to the grocery store and buy a variety of fruits and veggies, but will they go bad before I can finish them?

@MisterNutrition One topic I introduced (which you wisely ignored) was the uric acid in all animal meat. Please respond to the fact that humans cannot digest purines in meat safely and so humans are particularly susceptible to gout, gallstones, heart disease, etc from this component in all meat.

Your response? You have some unturned boulders back there….

  19. MisterNutrition says:

@Chrisisms wow you cant even read? oh thats right. veg head. no proof of anything, just crying, must be lack of nutrition

    Where can you buy peppermint?

  21. LadyOlivia35 says:

I agree with everything except the soy beans. Fermented soy only in the traditional Asian style—otherwise, hard to digest and actually interferes with digestion of nutrients.

The reason why people find the religious stuff bull, is cause healthy eating existed before religion. People knew what each kind of food did, and how to use it for medicinal purposes.
