im 16 years old and ive been drinking whey protein for months.
my mom bought me a new jar full but this one has this warning on it?
It some called ” six star whey protein” its like 100% or something.
Should i not take it? or should i minimize the dosage?

I never heard that. I’m 12 and I’ve been taking whey too, but I never heard you should be 18+. I’ve heard protein is good for growing.
I guess its because anyone under 18 would have a different dosage than someone over 18. Its probably no big deal. Just don’t overdose. You’re almost 18 anyway, so it probably won’t have much of an impact on you.

Some countries require that warning on protein. Other countries require that warning if the protein is mixed with creatine or other ingredients not yet proven healthy for children. As the protein your mother brought you has it there is a good chance that it is from a batch that might be sold in one of these countries. Almost all of the protein sold where I am is imported so sometimes the container will have this warning and at other times not.
Look at the ingredients.
